God has sent our Savior and Shepherd to be born in Bethlehem. The promise of His coming is given at a time full of problems and heart aches. Yet, His coming is the light that not only pushed back the spiritual darkness when He was born in Bethlehem, His light pushes back the hurt, brokenness, and pain we have today.
Key Verse: But you, Bethlehem Ephrathah, though you are small among the clans of Judah, out of you will come for me one who will be ruler over Israel, whose origins are from of old, from ancient times. (Micah 5:2 [NIV])
