Opening Scripture
from Psalm 119
Teach me, Lord, the way of your decrees,
that I may follow it to the end.
Direct me in the path of your commands,
for there I find delight.
I rejoice in following your statutes
as one rejoices in great riches.
I meditate on your precepts
and consider your ways.
I delight in your decrees;
I will not neglect your word.
Rejoice in All Your Works
Verse 1
Every mouth that cries for food
Every lung that yearns for breath
Every eye that searches through the dark for light
All creation looks to You
For its breath and for its food
From the goodness of Your hand we’re satisfied
Chorus
Oh rejoice in all Your works
King of heaven King of earth
Every creature You have made declares Your praise
We rejoice in all You’ve made
God of all-sustaining grace
With the mountain sky and sea we sing Your praise
Verse 2
Every tree that thirsts for rain
Every bird that seeks its nest
Every heart that waits in hope to be made glad
All creation looks to You
For its breath and for its food
From the goodness of Your hand we’re satisfied
Verse 3
May the pond’rings of my heart
And the song upon my lips
With the chorus of creation join in praise
To the God who made all things
To the Spirit who sustains
To the Son who over all creation reigns
Forever Reign
Verse 1
You are good, You are good
When there’s nothing good in me
You are love, You are love
On display for all to see
You are light, You are light
When the darkness closes in
You are hope, You are hope
You have covered all my sin
Verse 2
You are peace, You are peace
When my fear is crippling
You are true, You are true
Even in my wandering
You are joy, You are joy
You’re the reason that I sing
You are life, You are life
In You death has lost its sting
Chorus
I’m running to Your arms
I’m running to Your arms
The riches of Your love will always be enough
Nothing compares to Your embrace
Light of the world forever reign
Verse 3
You are more, You are more
Than my words will ever say
You are Lord, You are Lord
All creation will proclaim
You are here, You are here
In Your presence I’m made whole
You are God, You are God
Of all else I’m letting go
Bridge
My heart will sing no other Name
Jesus Jesus

A Church for the Searching
Pastor Paul Sausser
Matthew 9:1-8
Jesus stepped into a boat, crossed over and came to his own town. Some men brought to him a paralyzed man, lying on a mat. When Jesus saw their faith, he said to the man, “Take heart, son; your sins are forgiven.”
At this, some of the teachers of the law said to themselves, “This fellow is blaspheming!”
Knowing their thoughts, Jesus said, “Why do you entertain evil thoughts in your hearts? Which is easier: to say, ‘Your sins are forgiven,’ or to say, ‘Get up and walk’? But I want you to know that the Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins.” So he said to the paralyzed man, “Get up, take your mat and go home.” Then the man got up and went home. When the crowd saw this, they were filled with awe; and they praised God, who had given such authority to man.

You Are My Delight
Chorus
You are my delight
Your Word my heart adores
In you I find my life, My joy, my Lord
Verse 1
Just like a tree planted by streams
With nourishing fruit
Such are the ones who trust in Your ways
Put all hope in You
Their leaf doesn’t wither, their council is sure
Verse 2
Not so the wicked, like chaff in the wind
they’ll be blown away
Don’t give them your ear
or walk on their road or scoff like they do
Their way is destruction
they won’t stand before Him
Verse 3
Jesus, the Wisdom and Power of God,
The Word become flesh:
You are the Truth, the Way and the Life
You make all things new
Help us to listen, to walk in Your ways
Bridge
God gives generously to all those in need
Do you lack wisdom?
He says, “Ask it from me” (x2)

Quiet Minute
from Ephesians 1
[May] the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know him better. I pray that the eyes of
your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he
has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in his holy people, and his incomparably great power for us who believe.
Come as You Are
Verse 1
Come out of sadness
from wherever you’ve been
Come broken-hearted let rescue begin
Come find your mercy
O sinner come kneel
Earth has no sorrow that Heaven can’t heal
Chorus
Lay down your burdens
lay down your shame
All who are broken lift up your face
O wanderer come home
You’re not too far
So lay down your hurt lay down your heart
Come as you are
Verse 2
There’s hope for the hopeless
And all those who’ve strayed
Come sit at the table come taste the grace
There’s rest for the weary
Rest that endures
Earth has no sorrow that Heaven can’t cure
Verse 3
There’s joy for the morning
O sinner be still
Earth has no sorrow that Heaven can’t heal (x2)
Yet Not I but through Christ in Me
Verse 1
What gift of grace is Jesus my redeemer
There is no more for heaven now to give
He is my joy, my righteousness and freedom
My steadfast love
my deep and boundless peace
To this I hold: my hope is only Jesus
For my life is wholly bound to his
Oh how strange and divine
I can sing, “all is mine!”
Yet not I but through Christ in me
Verse 2
The night is dark but I am not forsaken
For by my side the Saviour he will stay
I labour on in weakness and rejoicing
For in my need his power is displayed
To this I hold: my Shepherd will defend me
Through the deepest valley he will lead
Oh the night has been won
and I shall overcome
Yet not I but through Christ in me
Verse 3
No fate I dread I know I am forgiven
The future sure the price it has been paid
For Jesus bled and suffered for my pardon
And he was raised to overthrow the grave
To this I hold: my sin has been defeated
Jesus now and ever is my plea
Oh the chains are released
I can sing, “I am free!”
Yet not I but through Christ in me
Verse 4
With every breath I long to follow Jesus
For he has said that he will bring me home
And day by day I know he will renew me
Until I stand with joy before the throne
To this I hold: my hope is only Jesus
All the glory evermore to him
When the race is complete
still my lips shall repeat
“Yet not I but through Christ in me.”
